Thank you so much for giving us Richard as our bus driver.  I felt so at ease with him as the leader & I might say teacher.  As you know this was my first overnight trip and to say I was a bit overwhelmed is an understatement.  Rich was informative and patient.  He made, what could have been a harrying experience for me easy & enjoyable.
